When we needed to come back and get the car though, my salesperson was out of town (she had told me this would be the case) and nobody at the dealership called us to say it was ready, the handover was basically “here’s the keys”.
I actually came in and did the sale before the car was out of service. We drove all the way in from Austin and felt it was worthwhile because they had the best selection of pre-owned vehicles and Hillary our salesperson was awesome to work with - I had been texting her about other cars and then she texted me when my dream car came in as a trade - a 2 year old RDX in my first choice color and trim with extremely low miles and certified preowned. Great salesperson but underwhelming “delivery” of vehicle.
